We opened in 2019 with one simple promise: never rush a dog through a groom.
Most salons take 30 minutes per dog because they have to. We take 60, 90, sometimes 120 — because every dog deserves the time it takes to do the job properly. That's why nervous rescues come back wagging, and why fussy show coats come out competition-ready.
Today our four groomers between them hold City & Guilds certifications, Asian fusion styling diplomas, and over 24 years of combined experience. We use only hypoallergenic products, calm-handling methods, and a strict one-dog-at-a-time policy.
We're a member of the Pet Industry Federation and fully insured. More importantly, our clients are 95% repeat — and many have been with us since the day we opened.
